Cancellation Policy
PLEASE THOROUGHLY READ THE FOLLOWING INFO BOOKING RULES DEPOSIT A $25 non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits must be sent immediately after booking. Failure to send in your deposit after 15 minutes will result in cancellation of your appointment. An automated confirmation text will be sent 12 hours prior. If text is not received please reach out to the number listed. REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY! Hair must be CLEAN, PRODUCT/OIL FREE & BLOWN OUT. Hair must be at least 3-4 inches ALL AROUND. There is a 15 MINUTE grace period after the start of your appointment time, at 25 MINUTES a $10 late fee will be applied to your remaining balance. PLEASE BE ON TIME & HAVE A CLEAR SCHEDULE! At 30 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED. Your deposit is valid for ONE reschedule only if the client reschedules before cancelation. Any rescheduling needs to be done at least 48 hours prior if you have to reschedule after the 48 hours. PLEASE BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS NO SAME-DAY BOOKING
